Attaching and Detaching Items

You can attach an item to any Pokemon in your roster. Simply pick an item from the drop down and then click the green button to attach it. Pokemon can only hold one item at a time. Before attaching a new item, you must first remove the old one. You can do this by going to the "Detach Item" section, found near the bottom of the page. Simply check the Pokemon who you want to have their items detached then click the red button. Note that detaching an item doesn't delete it; it simply puts in into your bag, and you can then attach it to another Pokemon.

Item Guide

Amulet Coin

AmuletCoin.png

Purpose - If a Pokemon holding an amulet coin participates in a battle, the prize money from the battle is doubled. Note that having multiple Pokemon with amulet coins participate in the battle doesn't stack the "doubling." No matter how many amulet coins you have, the money will never double more than once.
How to obtain - You can obtain an amulet coin by browsing any of these maps: Icy Ice Caves, Chronic Cavern and Wandering Waters. There is a chance of being approached by Giovanni (A "shady" character), and he will offer to sell you something for $100,000. The item will either be an Amulet Coin or Exp Share.

Exp Share

ExpShare.png

Purpose - Any Pokemon in your roster that holds an exp share will receive a fraction of the experience from the battle, even if they do not participate. For example, if a Heracross defeats a Chansey and gains 100,000 exp, 50,000 of that exp will go to the Pikachu in your roster who is holding an exp share. That means that the exp gained is divided equally among the holder of the exp share and the Pokemon who actually battled. If more than one Pokemon is holding an exp share, the experience will be divided equally among the Pokemon as well. So if both a Pikachu and Wynaut held an exp share, Heracross, Pikachu, and Wynaut would all gain 33,333exp.
