Golden Event

Golden Events are events which occur on the RPG, and are usually run on the forums. During Golden Events, you have the opportunity to obtain either one, two, or even sometimes three Golden Pokemon. Below is a list of Golden Pokemon (and the events which they were obtained on) that have been released on the RPG. 	GoldenAxew	Poe's "We Need A Golden" Contest	This contest consisted of a 4 of image codes which Poe had told people to "unscramble." Through a series of puzzles, some of the participants were lead to an image uploading site where each of the image codes, if used properly, revealed a picture of a letter. The 4 letters spelt the word "Axew." However, after the first winner, many other winners followed, and after some research, Poe found that people had been sharing the answer. As a result only the first 3 legitimate winners, Mono E Mono, Zya, and Zarquad, received the prize.	1/15/2012 - 1/20/2012
	GoldenJirachi	Poe's Apology Contest	After the first server crash, Poe created a thread with an apology, and the stated that the thread hid the name of a Pokemon. Whoever sent him a Personal Message (PM) with the name of the Pokemon, received the Pokemon in Golden form. The first letter of every sentence spelt out "Jirachi."	1/18/2012
	GoldenGrowlithe	Past Promo	GoldenGrowlithe was the first golden promo of Pokemon Voyage. It cost $40,000.	3/16/2012
	GoldenTotodile	Training Challenge	The first place prize of the first and sixth Training Challenge. It was won by Xeus and PVLIVED.	May 2012
	GoldenHeracross	Golden Riddle Event	GoldenHeracross was one of two goldens obtained during a golden Radiate event (The other was GoldenLotad). Three riddles were given, and each riddle pertained to a Pokemon which had to be in a specific slot of your roster. Kakashi (See Administrator) ran a program twice (for different time zones) that made the Heracross Golden if the roster was correct.	5/24/2012 - 5/25/2012

	GoldenHoundour	Apology Promo	At one point, Kakashi tried to send all of the Pokemon in banned accounts to account #94, the old Moderator contest account. However the query sent many Pokemon from unbanned accounts as well! So as an apology, Kakashi made the promo GoldenHoundour, which cost $10,000. Everyone sent a PM to Kakashi with a list of the Pokemon that they had to get them back.	6/4/2012
	GoldenCyndaquil	Training Challenge	The first place prize of the second and fourth Training Challenge. They were won by Cresthawk and Ayso.	July 2012
	GoldenCharmander	bob12528's birthday	GoldenCharmander was released through a new type of Radiate event. Users had to go to a special jungle map where Charmanders were "released in the wild." Each Charmander spotted was worth 1 activation point. After 10 activation points were acquired, the Charmander would be goldenized. The event was used to celebrate bob12528's birthday who was Pokemon Voyage's official "Spriter" at the time. However, his sprites are no longer used.	8/2/2012

	GoldenMewtwo	Golden Riddle Event	GoldenMewtwo was one of two goldens obtained during a golden Radiate event (The other was GoldenMachop). Four riddles were given, and each riddle pertained to a Pokemon which had to be in a specific slot of your roster. After having the correct roster, you had to roam the RPG and each time you visited a page there was a 1/100 chance of having the option to to goldenize the first Pokemon in the roster.	12/21/2012 - 12/23/2012
	GoldenMachop	Golden Riddle Event	GoldenMachop was one of two goldens obtained during a golden Radiate event (The other was GoldenMewtwo). Four riddles were given, and each riddle pertained to a Pokemon which had to be in a specific slot of your roster. After having the correct roster, you had to roam the RPG and each time you visited a page there was a 1/100 chance of having the option to to goldenize the first Pokemon in the roster.	12/21/2012 - 12/23/2012
	GoldenScyther	Golden Riddle Event	GoldenScyther was one of two goldens obtained during the Pokemon Voyage Spring Break event. A person must have completed at least five quest tasks in order to participate. Members had to search the RPG, and had a 1/50 chance of encountering 1/6 of the needed riddles each time they visited an RPG page. These riddles gave hints which lead to a certain roster configuration. The riddles were chosen randomly from a bank of 20 riddles, so almost every member had a different combination. Once the correct Pokemon were placed in the correct spots, and $100,000 was turned it, a golden was unlocked.	3/9/2013 - 3/10/2013
	GoldenAipom	Golden Riddle Event	GoldenAipom was one of two goldens obtained during the Pokemon Voyage Spring Break event. 	GoldenTyrunt	The Easier Event	The previous Golden Pokemon event was fairly tough. To balance this out, this event was made relatively easier. All you needed to do was browsing the RPG for a miner and buy an egg (for $100,000 each) from then hatching the egg which might have a the Golden Promo.	3/26/2014 - 3/31/2014
	GoldenGolett	Apology Promo	At the point, a bug in the code messed up everyone's passwords on rpg. So as an apology, Kakashi made the promo GoldenGolett, which cost $50,000. Everybody reset their passwords using the "forgot password" feature on the RPG.	4/26/2014
	GoldenRiolu	Summer Event 2014	The members needed to browse the RPG for 5 castle tokens (which appeared in a coloured notification box), then go to Golden Event link on the RPG to unlock the "castle" map. And finally browse the map until find the GoldenRiolu.	8/16/2014 - 8/21/2014
	GoldenRegigigas	Summer Event 2014	First of all, the member had to put Regirock, Regice and Registeel in your roster in this order. Then browse the RPG until find the GoldenRegigigas (as the GoldenRiolu, it appeared in a coloured notification box). 	GoldenArticuno	Pokemon Voyage's 3rd Anniversary Promo	To celebrate Pokemon Voyage's 3rd anniversary. It cost $800 000.	1/08/2015
	GoldenBeldum	Winter Event	GoldenBeldum was one of two goldens obtained during a golden Radiate event. For this event, just normal Pokemon were able to be converted into golden. Unlike previous events, everyone had the same chance to get both golds (having completed most challenges did not make the event easier / harder). The members had to find the new item, named Gold Shard, given out by Giovanni on Icy Ice Caves, with 1/3 of chance to purchase this item. After that, you had to attach Gold Shard to Beldum/Magikarp. The user then had to put it into the first slot of roster and beat Barry in order to have your Pokemon successfully goldenized. After this, the item disappeared.	2/16/2015 - 2/20/2015
	GoldenMagikarp	Winter Event	GoldenMagikarp was one of two goldens obtained during a golden Radiate event. For this event, just normal Pokemon were able to be converted into golden. 	GoldenShroomish	Holiday Event	GoldenShroomish was one of the three goldens obtained during the holiday event (The other two being was GoldenMoltres and GoldenZapdos). Six questions were brought forward and players had to figure out the answers. Questions included what Kakashi's bio was and when PV was created. Players also had to enter in their discord names, pay $100,000 and provide the professor with an Amulet coin or Exp share to proceed further. Finally a riddle was asked to which a DarkMisdreavous was needed to be placed on the first slot of the players roster. The final riddle to obtain the Golden Promo needed a Shroomish to be placed in slot 1 of the users roster.	12/25/2017 - 01/05/2018

Moderator Golden Pokemon

Whenever a new Super Moderator is promoted on Pokemon Voyage, we celebrate the event with a special Gold Pokemon. These are usually contested off every so often.
