Custom User Title

Custom titles are extra titles that show up directly below your username when you post, and above your "Pokemon" title. Members of the Month and Assistants can give themselves a custom title, while Junior Moderators, Moderators, Super Moderators, and Administrators can give other people custom titles (which they usually do through contests and events) as well as themselves.
